In addition, many of the National Occupational Standards contain essential skills that help people be successful in an ever changing workplace. These skills include:

for over 50 tourism industry occupations -- from baker to tourism trainer.
It is possible to achieve professional certification in many of these
occupations. What is Professional Certification?Professional Certification means that an individual has successfully demonstrated a level of competence in a specific occupation - an achievement that is recognized throughout the sectors of the tourism industry across Canada.
